First published by Osgood McIlvaine & Co in 1897. This is a first edition as per PurdyPp92-96 Dark green bold-ribbed cloth; front blocked with gold with TH monogram medallion. Back plain; gold lettered on spine. Plain end-papers with gilt top, fore edge and tail trimmed
